Personal
Welcome to the homepage of Matthias Huck.
Currently I am PhD student within the Human Language Technology and Pattern Recognition Group
at the Chair of Computer Science 6 of the RWTH Aachen University.
The main research topics of the chair are
- Pattern Recognition
- Automatic Speech Recognition
- Statistical Machine Translation
- Image Processing
My personal research interest is machine translation, at the moment in particular
hierarchical phrase-based machine translation.
I am co-author of Jane, RWTH's
open-source statistical machine translation toolkit, free for non-commercial use.
You can find me in room 6126 of our department, call me at +49 241 80 21617 or write an e-mail to huck [-at-] cs.rwth-aachen.de.
